簡介：這種單克隆抗體可在抗原特異性ELISA等方法中靈敏、特異地檢測人IgG2。
人IgG1、IgG3、IgG4、IgA、IgE、IgM與小鼠、大鼠、山羊、兔、牛的IgG無交叉反應(yīng)（小于0.1%）。恒河猴和食蟹猴IgG的交叉反應(yīng)性小于1%。

（1）計(jì)數(shù)分泌小鼠IgG以及抗原特異性小鼠IgG的B細(xì)胞。

Tips：抗原特異性B細(xì)胞有兩種可供選擇的方式計(jì)數(shù)：在檢測步驟中通過用抗原包被。對于記憶B細(xì)胞，我們建議用R848和重組小鼠IL-2（均包括在內(nèi)）進(jìn)行預(yù)刺激。
四、廠家測試結(jié)果：
貨號3825-2A，試劑盒含鏈霉親和素-ALP，廠家測試結(jié)果：在不存在或存在R848和重組IL-2的情況下，將小鼠脾細(xì)胞預(yù)孵72小時(shí)。然后洗滌細(xì)胞，加入ELISpot孔中并分析總IgG的分泌（100,000個(gè)細(xì)胞/孔，過夜孵育）。
