一、膠合板拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)是用來(lái)對(duì)材料進(jìn)行靜載、拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切、剝離等力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)用的機(jī)械加力的試驗(yàn)機(jī),適用于塑料板材、管材、異型材,塑料薄膜及橡膠、電線電纜等材料的各種物理機(jī)械性能測(cè)試為材料開(kāi)發(fā),為物性試驗(yàn)、教學(xué)研究、質(zhì)量控制等*的檢測(cè)設(shè)備,拉力機(jī)夾具作為儀器的重要組成部分,不同的材料需要不同的夾具,也是試驗(yàn)?zāi)芊耥樌M(jìn)行及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確度高低的一個(gè)重要因素。

七、膠合板拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)故障及解決方法:
一、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)加荷時(shí),指針顫動(dòng)或時(shí)走時(shí)停
1、離合器齒輪磨損:需要修理或更換。
2、摩擦盤(pán)的皮墊圈或彈簧磨損:需更換皮墊圈或彈簧。
3、操縱手柄移位:調(diào)整操縱手柄,使其與牙槽配合好。
二、更換擺砣時(shí)指針不回零
1、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)安裝不水平:用水平儀把試驗(yàn)機(jī)調(diào)整水平。
2、擺錘不垂直:只掛A砣。調(diào)整平衡砣,使之垂直。
三、拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)擺錘回位太快或太慢
1、緩沖閥擋位位置放置不當(dāng):調(diào)整緩沖閥到適當(dāng)位置。
2、液壓油黏度過(guò)低或過(guò)高:液壓油黏度過(guò)低時(shí)擺錘回落快,黏度高時(shí)回落慢.應(yīng)更換適當(dāng)黏度的液壓油。
3、緩沖閥內(nèi)、油管內(nèi)或液壓油有臟污:清洗緩沖閥、油管。更換液壓油。
四、膠合板拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)指針回零滯怠或不穩(wěn)定
1、指針軸承、主軸軸承銹蝕或有油污:清洗或更換軸承。
2、齒桿變形或齒桿與齒輪不嚙合:校直齒桿或清洗、修整齒輪、槽輪等傳動(dòng)部件。
3、緩沖閥內(nèi)有臟污:清洗緩沖閥。

1、短臂刀刃有松動(dòng):把刀刃緊牢。
2、擺砣偏輕:給砣配重(要兼顧A、B、C砣的重量)。
六、示值負(fù)偏差zui主要原因是各部件之間的摩擦阻力過(guò)大
1、指針軸承、擺軸軸承和測(cè)力傳動(dòng)部件摩擦阻力過(guò)大:主要是調(diào)整、清洗軸承及測(cè)力傳動(dòng)部件.消除不正常的摩擦阻力。
2、上夾頭、從動(dòng)針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置的摩擦阻力大:調(diào)整上夾頭、從動(dòng)針彈簧片松緊度和描繪裝置部件.消除不正常的摩擦阻力。
3、活塞桿與擺桿相接部位不靈活:調(diào)整兩者相接部位。使之靈活自如。
七、從動(dòng)針滯阻或移位
1、從動(dòng)針彈簧片彈力大小或從動(dòng)針與指示盤(pán)摩擦阻力大小造成的影響:調(diào)整從動(dòng)針彈簧片的彈力或從動(dòng)針與指示盤(pán)的問(wèn)隙。

八、示值無(wú)規(guī)律的偏差
1、齒桿、齒輪有油污、磨損或有毛刺:消除齒桿、齒輪的油污、毛刺,找出超差時(shí)的齒桿接觸點(diǎn),然后修正齒桿、齒輪;如不能消除誤差.更換齒桿、齒輪。

九、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件聯(lián)機(jī)后出現(xiàn)提示框信息顯示超載。
解決方案是檢查計(jì)算機(jī)與試驗(yàn)機(jī)的通訊線是否脫落;檢查聯(lián)機(jī)選擇傳感器是否選擇正確;檢查zui近的試驗(yàn)或操作鍵
盤(pán)時(shí)傳感器是否被撞過(guò);檢查出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題之前是否使用了軟件的校準(zhǔn)或標(biāo)定功能;檢查是否手動(dòng)更改過(guò)校準(zhǔn)值、標(biāo)定值或硬件參數(shù)中的其他信息。
十、試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)電源不亮,不能上下移動(dòng)。
解決方案是檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源線路是否連接正常;檢查急停開(kāi)關(guān)是否處于擰起狀態(tài);檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源電壓是否正常;檢查機(jī)器插座上的保險(xiǎn)是否燒斷,請(qǐng)取出備用保險(xiǎn)絲安裝即可。
十一、試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)電源有電但設(shè)備不可以上下移動(dòng)。
解決方案是檢查是否是15S(時(shí)間)以后設(shè)備還無(wú)法移動(dòng),因?yàn)橹鳈C(jī)開(kāi)機(jī)需要自檢,大概需要15S時(shí)間;檢查上下限位是否再恰當(dāng)?shù)奈恢?,有一定的運(yùn)行空間;檢查接入試驗(yàn)機(jī)的電源電壓是否正常

八、油源的保養(yǎng):
1、定期檢查主機(jī)和油源處是否有漏油的地方,如發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏油,應(yīng)及時(shí)更換密封圈或組合墊;
2、根據(jù)機(jī)器的使用情況及油的使用期限,定期更換吸油過(guò)濾器和濾芯,更換液壓油。
3、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不做試驗(yàn)時(shí),注意關(guān)斷主機(jī)電源。如果機(jī)器在待機(jī)狀態(tài),轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)打到“加載”檔,因?yàn)槿绻D(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)打在“快退”檔,電磁換向閥一直在通電狀態(tài),會(huì)影響 該器件的使用壽命。
九、控制系統(tǒng)保養(yǎng):
1、定期檢查控制器后面板的連接線是否接觸良好,如有松動(dòng),應(yīng)及時(shí)緊固;
2、試驗(yàn)后若有一段較長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間不用機(jī)器時(shí),關(guān)閉控制器和電腦;
3、控制器上的接口為一一對(duì)應(yīng),插錯(cuò)接口可能對(duì)設(shè)備造成損壞;
4、插拔控制器上的接口必須關(guān)閉控制器電源。
