一、概述
BS-2008型
全自動(dòng)閉口閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀（中英文版），用于測(cè)定石油產(chǎn)品的閉口閃點(diǎn)值。本儀器采用彩色液晶屏幕顯示，全中文人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，無(wú)標(biāo)識(shí)鍵盤，開(kāi)放式、模糊控制集成軟件，模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)等技術(shù)；對(duì)可預(yù)置溫度、試樣標(biāo)號(hào)、大氣壓強(qiáng)、試驗(yàn)日期等參數(shù)具有提示菜單，導(dǎo)向式輸入的工作方式。本儀器自動(dòng)化程度高，使用方便、快捷，符合中華人民共和國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T261-2008《閃點(diǎn)的測(cè)定 賓斯基-馬丁閉口杯法》規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)要求，是理想的同類進(jìn)口儀器的替代產(chǎn)品，可廣泛用于鐵路、航空、電力、石油行業(yè)及科研部門。
二、適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及適用范圍
本儀器是根據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T261-2008《閃點(diǎn)的測(cè)定 賓斯基-馬丁閉口杯法》所規(guī)定的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造的。適用于按該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的方法,測(cè)定石油產(chǎn)品用閉口杯、在規(guī)定條件下,加熱到它的蒸汽與空氣的混合氣接觸火焰發(fā)生閃火時(shí)的zui低溫度，即閉口杯法閃點(diǎn)。

四、工作原理
全自動(dòng)閉口閃點(diǎn)測(cè)試儀（中英文版）在國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T261-2008規(guī)定的條件下，把試樣裝入試驗(yàn)杯，對(duì)裝有試驗(yàn)油的試驗(yàn)杯加熱，產(chǎn)生的石油蒸氣與周圍空氣形成的混凝合成氣體在火焰接觸發(fā)生閃火時(shí)的zui低溫度作為閃點(diǎn)。
計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)所采集的溫度變化情況由I/O口發(fā)出指令，控制加熱器，使試驗(yàn)油溫度按一定速率上升，掃描周期、點(diǎn)火時(shí)間、微分檢測(cè)等均實(shí)施自動(dòng)控制，當(dāng)閃火被測(cè)出時(shí)，計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)停止數(shù)據(jù)采集，顯示閃火溫度并打印記錄結(jié)果，停止加熱，關(guān)閉火焰，大臂自動(dòng)抬起，實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束。

The instrument is used to determine closed cup flash point of petroleum products. The instrument adopts colored LCD screen, man machine conversation interface, blank buttons, open and fuzzy controlled integration software, and modular structure. It can preset temperature, sample ID, barometric pressure, test date, and other parameters. It has prompt menu and input guide. The instrument is automatic, convenient, and rapid. It can meet the requirements of the National Standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T261-2008 “Test Methods for Flash Point of Petroleum Products （Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Method）". II. Purpose and scope
The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard GB/T261-2008 “Test Methods for Flash Point of Petroleum Products （Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Method）". It is suitable to determine closed cup flash point of petroleum products, which is expressed as the lowest temperature when the mixture of its vapor and air contacts flame and appears flash, using a closed oil cup under the stipulated condition.

IV. Working principle
Fill sample in the test cup, and heat the test cup containing sample on the instrument as per the requirements of the National Standard GB/T261-2008. The flash point is expressed as the lowest temperature when the mixture of sample vapor and air contacts flame and appears flash.
The controlling system can send orders through I/O port as per the collected temperature changes to control the heater, so that the sample temperature will increase at a certain rate. The

flame application interval, flame application time, and flash detection can be automatically controlled. When a flash is detected, the controlling system will stop collecting data. Then the instrument will show flash point value and print out test results. The heater will stop working, the flame is extinguished, and the test arm is automatically raised up. The test is over.
