Nanotech Innovations has carbon nanotube (CNT) arrays for sale. At present we offer vertically aligned CNTs on quartz, stainless steel, and silicon substrates. These arrays consist of high quality, uniform CNTs suitable for research and product development in a variety of areas such as microelectronics, sensors, power applications, etc.
Description
- High quality, vertically aligned CNT on a quartz substrate (other substrates may be available on request)
- Produced by patented single source precursor method in CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition)
